    Terms and conditions apply to event registrations and payments by check.


    Event Registration and Entry

    Release of Liability

    By registering for this event I make it known that I (Participant) desire to engage in a canine activity at the location specified on the registration as a participant, volunteer, spectator, member, staff, guest, camper, vendor, or in any other role or capacity.

    In consideration of the above activities and roles, services and entry fees paid, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Participant hereby does forever and finally release, remise, acquit, satisfy and forever discharge the members and officers of the Columbia River Cairn Terrier Club (including volunteers, trainers, and agents) of and from all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suit debts, dues, sums of money, bonds, billings, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, damages, variances, judgments, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in the law or in equity, which may arise or might in the future arise or herein after may arise for or against Columbia River Cairn Terrier Club.

    This statement is a full and complete release from any and all liability that may arise. This release is given freely and voluntarily by the Participant and is meant to remain in existence throughout the duration of my presence at the event and for any period of time in association with the canine event and/or other activities whether I am or am not found to be negligent while handling or near a dog in the above mentioned activities.

    Photo and Video Release

    My registration authorizes the Columbia River Cairn Terrier Club to use images of me, my dogs, or my family to document or promote CRCTC events.


    Physical Products

    Purchases by Check

    Some products offer a payment option of sending a check instead of paying immediately online. Please note two special circumstances apply to payments by check.

    1. Our inventory is automatically updated when payment is received therefore it is possible that available inventory may be sold and shipped to buyers who paid online by the time your check is received.  In these rare instances we will notify you the product is out of stock using the email address associated with your account.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience an out-of-stock condition may cause. 
       
    2. We are only notified of a pending shipment when payment is received and the associated invoice is marked paid. This means that if you order an item for pickup at an event and plan to pay for the item at the event, we will not know to bring the item to the event because the item is not sold until payment is received. Prevent disappointment by ensuring your check is mailed and received in advance of the next club event.
