August 2023 Brags

Debbie bragged: GCHB Joywood's Miss Brookes O'Qwentessential at TuSchus FDC RN got her Rally Novice RN at Puyallup 7/9/2023.  This qualified her for a CTCA Bronze Versatility trophy! GCH Joywood's Brodie McFee @ TuSchus FDC SE FITB ACT2J earned his Fitdog Bronze title (FITB). GCHS Joywood's Amazing Grace Qwintessential @ TuSchus FDC JE FITS ACT2J earned her Fitdog Silver title and her Junior Earthdog titles at Winlock, WA 5/7/2023 earning her CTCA Silver Versatility award!

Hilary bragged: Drake earned his Elite 1 title in Stayton this month.  There are only 4 Cairn Terriers in the country to have completed this title with the NACSW.  He also earned a Q in the AKC Salem trial in Master buried and one in the Detective Division.

Ilene bragged: GCHB Kalil Cool Holiday Romance, bred owned and loved by Ilene Kaplan, is currently ranked #3 cairn bitch in the country (Canine Chronicle). She was recently awarded a Group 2,  Group 3 and Group 4 at July shows. 

Peggy bragged: Dundee and Elroy's second experience of AKC Scentwork trials. We had a great time with enough successes to keep us motivated, and enough failures to keep us learning. Elroy came out with two element titles and promotion to Advanced in Interiors and Exteriors. Dundee only missing one hide (Buried) in 8 runs. He finished Element Titles in Container, Exteriors, and Interiors. 

Betsy bragged: Even tho Mario is having issues with basic obedience in the ring we have been working on some upper level tasks that he really enjoys.  One of them is retrieving the dumb bell.  He now is able to sit and stay while I toss the dumb bell, go on command to "bring it" back to me and then sit nicely and hold it until I take the dumb bell from his mouth.  Although this is in my small apartment the accomplishment is wonderful!!  

Vicky Bragged: GCHG Joywood’s Hearts On Fire and CH Kingdom’s Girl Detective Of Adderbury whelped 3 puppies July 15,2023. Nelson and Trixie announce the arrival of girl Goldy Bear, boy Qwill and girl Peabody.
