To save the PDF you just click the big green Download this file button. 

To change it your best bet is to recreate it from scratch in Word or the application of your choice and then "print" that to PDF when/if you want to upload it in a universal format.

PDFs are meant as a display/print format and are very difficult to make more than tiny changes to (a few characters on the same line, for example).

I've attached a version I found on my computer from some time ago that seems related to this, although the formatting is entirely different. It is in Pages format so will only be useful to you if you use a Mac.

Also attached is that file converted to Word in case that's useful. I did not spend any time or effort to reformat it to address the differences of Pages vs Word.

Ok thank you but that is a bummer. I might have had the original someplace but not finding it. 

On your old work computer, maybe?  Not that that's any help either.

If you plan to take online reservations/payments etc. please let me know the details in advance of distributing flyers or publicity so the site can be updated and ready.
