Fee: $20 pre entry; $25 day-of (if any spots remain)
Premium List Entry Form Note: entry form corrected to show correct date; previous form had a date typo listing test as June 29, but the actual test is on July 29th as advertised. It's OK to use the earlier form if you already downloaded it however the test is still on July 29th
