At our meeting we will be having Dan Mata join us to give an overview of NASDA - the North American Sport Dog Association (https://nasda.dog/). It is a relatively new activity that is rapidly gaining steam in this part of the country, and putting on trials in nearby areas. The trials are designed to resemble working and competitive fieldwork in 3 areas:
1. Trailing & Location - rats in quarry boxes in open field, forests etc.
2. Urban locating - rats in quarry boxes in barns, warehouses etc.
3. Shed dog - locating and/or retrieving in open fields.
There are several levels and titles that Dan will tell us all about. You can get information from the website: nasda.dog.
