February 2016 Brags

Lots of brags from January to report at the February meeting!

Bobbie bragged that CH Bonefy’s Joyful Noise:  New Chamipion: Puyallup on Friday – BOW, BBB, group 3 in Bred by group; TAO: BOW, BBB, group 3 in Bred by group; Friday: select bitch; Saturday: BOS. Bobbie also  bragged that Kiowa’s Lavendar & Lace form Bonefy was WB on Sunday; and that Hershey earned his CGC.

Hallie bragged the Kiowa’s Life if What You Make It (Eleanor) was BOW on Saturday at Rose City. It was a 5 pt major. Besides thinking that Eleanor is a great dog, Hallie gives a lot of credit to Susan McAlpin who took her into the ring, making her look like a seasoned show dog!

Debbie bragged that GCH Joywood’s Miss Brooke O’Qwesntessential at TuSchus went: select at TAO, select on Thur, BOS on Friday; BOS on Sunday. At Puyallup she was select on both days.

Barb bragged that Joywood’s Dreaming On O’Qwentessential (Yumi) got a 5 pt major gong BOW on Thurs at Rose City and on Fri a 3 pt major. Both awarded from the 6-9 month puppy class. Yumi is owed by Barb and Larry and Ted Akimoto. Barb bragged that Ch Joywood’s Heart and Soul O’Qwentessential (Lyndi) went select bitch on Sat and Sun for 2 majors toward her GCH. She is owned by Barb and Larry and Ted Akimoto.

Darleen bragged that Izze, Stella, Greyson, and Jimmy were team Toto at the obedience trial at Rose City. They had a cumulative score of 361/400 and earned the 1st place ribbon in Team Rally. We challenge all other cairns, local and visiting, to have a team to compete at Stumptown in July.

Cindi bragged that CH Kinloch’s Garden Party BN RN ME CAA CGC (Jasmine) earned her CGC title on 1/24; her 1st RN leg on 1/20; her 2nd RN leg on 1/21, her 3rd RN leg and title on 1/24.

Sharon bragged that CH Kinloch’s High Hopes BN CD JE RN CGC (Jimmy) attained his 3rd leg of BN at Rose City and his canine good citizen at Ridgefield. Jim was one of 4 in the cairn team rally at Rose City.

Betsy bragged that Cairngorm Shot in the Dark BN RN NAP NJ CGC amused the ringside crowd while doing his Rally Advanced run on Wed Jan 20 at Rose City. Betsy bragged that GCH Kinloch’s Shadowood BN RA NA NAJ CGC CAA ran open jumpers agility on 1/23 – no qualifying run or a pretty one but Oz had a BLAST!

Vicki bragged that Harry – Kinloch’s Hank Hellow of the Isles was Best in Sweeps and Kinloch’s Circling Raven was BOS in Sweeps at TAO.  At Rose City, Harry was WD for a 5 pt major on Sat. Kinloch’s Whitelighter (Emerald) at 7 months earned her CGC. Scotch Broom Golden Hind of the Isles (Drake) ME CAA was WD for a 5 pt major to finish his championship on Thursday; he also received 5 pt select on Sat for his first GCH points.  Kinloch’s Power of Three (Phoebe) killed the rat that has been living in Vicki’s garage. She broke out of the crate and out the door to the backyard to nab the rat!
