The Cairn Terrier breed standard envisioned as a text cloud.
A visualization technique often seen on the Web is the tag cloud where the frequency that a tag or keyword is used is represented by the size of the word in the visualization. The logic as applied to texts is that important or relevant words are probably used more frequently than less important words, with allowances for the logistics of grammar and general usage. For example, a speech might be visualized to see what themes are frequently referenced. The preceding image is a tag cloud style visualization applied to the fifty most-used words in the Cairn Terrier breed standard (USA).
A few photos have been added to the Gallery.
Thank you to all who supported our first A-Match. We were pleased to have a total of 31 entries across obedience (12), junior showmanship (3), and conformation (16). Thank you for entering! Thanks also to our judges Jim Read and Joyce Whall, our catalog advertisers, and to a hard-working, well-organized event committee.

About
Established 2004 - Serving the greater Portland-Vancouver area of Oregon and Washington. The CRCTC is an affiliated club of the Cairn Terrier Club of America.
Our Mascot
Sa'cairn'gawea - A pun perhaps, but there is much to admire and honor about both our mascot's namesake, and our breed. Rosie, a local Cairn, strikes a pose that evokes for us the spirits of courage, adventure, and generosity.
